UHT ® LifeTime Trauma Resolution Protocol
This protocol will guide
you
to resolve and release all Traumas that you have
experienced; Physical,
Emotional and Psychological Traumas. Including Traumas that were
experienced by
you personally in this lifetime and Traumas that you may have come into
this
lifetime with, and Traumas that you may have “taken
on” from others in your
environment. Feel free to use as broad a
definition of Trauma as you are comfortable with, as broad
a time frame as you
are comfortable with. Anything from your favorite goldfish dying when you were 5 years old to the most serious war PTSD. With the UHT Lifetime Resolution Protocol we will
resolve, release, heal, if you will,
the feelings associated with a trauma by dealing directly with that part of you
that controls not only your heart beat, but also your breathing, your
digestion, the multiplying of your cells. The part that makes your hair and
nails grow, your eyes to see and your ears to hear, etc. So on a
logical conscious mind level, some
of the things that we will be doing will seem at first strange, some may seem
too simple or silly to be of any use or benefit. So, I ask you to suspend your
conscious judgment and go through the exercises and experience the benefits and
then let your conscious mind decide. We will one time frame a day,
as
described in the UHT LifeTime Trauma Sheets. Most
everyone will need to do the
first 7 Days, which takes you from conception and before to age 21 as
